We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Russell County, Kentucky. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 4+ years on the tools preferred.
