Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile mason in Wayne County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas Requirements: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
