We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Estill County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On a typical shift you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
