Immediate opening: we are hiring a line assembler in Marshall County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
