Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Bowie County, Texas. The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
