You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
