Catering cook • Licking County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Licking County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
