We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Michika, Adamawa State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
