Groundsman — Coryell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundsman in Coryell County, Texas. The job is on a golf course. Day-to-day duties: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Ideal candidate: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
