Grill cook — Dan Musa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Dan Musa, Katsina State. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
