Immediate opening: prep cook (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Stanly County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
