Vacancy available: counter butcher (Oyo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ogo Oluwa, Oyo State. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
