Oven operator — Grand County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Grand County, Colorado. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
