Scullery hand — Towner County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Towner County, North Dakota. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
