Brick mason — Garrard County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Garrard County, Kentucky. You will be based at a residential building site. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day You will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
