Cold store insulation technician — DeWitt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in DeWitt County, Illinois. You will work at an industrial plant. On the job you will handle: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles 3+ years on the tools preferred.
