Kitchenhand — Logan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Logan County, Kansas. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
