We are recruiting: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Menard County, Texas. You will be based in a cold-storage warehouse. What we are looking for: • Confident using handheld scanners and a WMS • Reliable timekeeping and good attendance • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift The role involves pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels; check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
