Shakeout operator — Grand County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Grand County, Colorado. The job is at a busy iron foundry. The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
