Press machine operator — Lehigh County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press machine operator in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. Day to day you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; record output and downtime on the production sheet; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
