General labourer — Rockbridge County

Join our team: we are hiring a general labourer in Rockbridge County, Virginia. The job is with a civil contractor. Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations 5+ years on the tools preferred.
