Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Harlan County, Kentucky. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
