Baker — Andrew County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Andrew County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
