Surface coating operator • Talbot County, Maryland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Talbot County, Maryland. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
