Gas commissioning technician wanted in Machina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Machina, Yobe State. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Able to read isometric and site drawings Day to day you will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
