Pipe fitter — Ravalli County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Ravalli County, Montana. You will work at a busy plumbing and sanitary firm. Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework What we are looking for: • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
