Dough maker — Quitman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Quitman County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
