What we are looking for: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage On the job you will handle: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
