Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Carlton County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy bakery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
