Waterproofing applicator — Aitkin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Aitkin County, Minnesota. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. The role involves insulate and ventilate the roof void; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
