Panel welder — Abadam

Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in Abadam, Borno State. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
