On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
