Paint and prep technician — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Washington County, Maine. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE You will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
