Deboner — Lemhi County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Lemhi County, Idaho. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
