CNC mill setter-operator — Ray County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Ray County, Missouri. You will work at a busy machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Six days a week, one day off.
