Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Your main tasks: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Full-time with occasional weekends.
