Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Ijebu East, Ogun State. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Own basic hand tools and PPE Day to day you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦120,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
