Grill cook — Gooding County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Gooding County, Idaho. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
