Machine setter-operator — Richmond County

Join our team: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Richmond County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
