Meat cutter — Lake County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Lake County, South Dakota. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
