Immediate opening: plant operator (Minnesota)

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On the job you will handle: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $11,750 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
