Chef de partie — Oregon County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Oregon County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
