Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
