Immediate opening: sewing machine operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Burnet County, Texas. The role involves: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
