Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
