Hydraulic press operator — Bristol County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Bristol County, Rhode Island. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
