Blocklayer wanted in Catron County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a blocklayer in Catron County, New Mexico. On the job you will handle: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
