What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
