You will measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
