We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Keya Paha County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
